View on GoogleHello. I have been calling the number on the invoice for approximately 2 days concerning an order placed on 11/29/2024 with your company. It is regarding a 14" Latex Hybrid queen bed that was delivered on Saturday 11/30/24 by Randy. It has been 4 days (96 hours) and the mattress has only expanded to 8.5 inches since last Saturday. I was calling not to complain but to inquire what else can I do to help speed the expansion process? This Queen bed is for my Special Needs daughter. I would appreciate a call back. If you see an out of state number, that is most likely my cell. Thank you kindly. Order was in my husbands name.
