Our experience with Orville at the Annapolis Mattress Warehouse was a 10 star!! Orville was very helpful, giving us details, answering our questions & showing us options offered for mattress covers. Our mattress has helped us have restorative sleep. The other important part of this process. Thank you, Orville!!
View on GoogleOur experience with the staff in the Annapolis store was outstanding. Theresa was knowledgeable and patient with us as we found the best mattress. We highly recommend her and this store if you need a new mattress!
View on GoogleReally terrible experience here. Very condesending employee. We had a budget of 1500 -2000 and he made snarky remarks that we "are looking for a mattress in a box then." I was sitting on a few beds just to get a feel and he made several rude remarks of we just need to lay down and we won't be able to pick a bed like that. I am not going to lay on every bed! I am going to see if it is what I am looking for first. So strange. Go to Mattress Firm down the street, you will get a better deal, better warranty, and you won't have to deal with whoever this guy thinks he is. Which, in itself, will be worth it.
View on GoogleI walked in to buy a pillow and had the pleasure of Orville being the salesperson that day. He helped me with pillows and was so nice that I ended up buying a much needed mattress as well! No pressure, just helpful, and it was a wonderful experience. Thanks Orville!!
View on GoogleOrville was fantastic in helping us find a great mattress for us and give us good information to learn more. He was kind and patient and also helped us stay in budget. Thank you Mattress Warehouse and especially Orville for making what was an overwhelming task, really easy!
