I needed to get a new bed set for my autistic nonverbal sister who is older and appreciated the knowledge and experience of the salesperson Teresa. We used the bed match system which I liked because my sister cannot communicate what feels good. At one point Teresa noticed my sister get up and look around and offered the use of their restroom. I appreciated the cleanliness of using a paper sheet on mattresses when you are testing them. I ended up spending $1400 including tax on a twin mattress, a bunky board, a mattress cover and an ergonomic neck pillow. Delivery was included. I did not remember if the old mattress was supposed to be taken away on the day of delivery and appreciate that Teresa promptly answered the phone to verify that would be an extra charge. My only disappointment was when I went to sign the paperwork to complete the sale. The desk and chair situation were very uncomfortable - I had to turn the chair around because I’m left handed, the desk cover was warped making writing difficult and the chair was ridiculously uncomfortable after trying out all those comfy beds. I also did not appreciate being pestered to leave a Google review before the delivery was completed. As soon as these minor items are corrected I will rerun to make another purchase.

From the moment we walked in the store we felt safe and cared about. No pressure only scientific explanations as to what good sleep does for the body and mind. Our conversation went beyond simply buying a bed but to investing into our health and wellness to live a longer and happy life. Teresa took her time to determine which bed was best for my daughter and that just made me extra happy.
