I bought my mattress here over a year ago, and I came back today to purchase a wood foundation. Their prices are very competitive, they’ve offered me free shipping both times, and the customer service has always been excellent. I’m very happy with my purchases and highly recommend this store.

For all of you out there looking for a new bed, this place is your best bet. Ms. Vicky guided me and my wife the right way when choosing our new bed, she was knowledgeable and explained in details the differences in quality, price and overall quality of the beds, they had a huge show room, the delivery was within 2 days of purchase. She was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and patient while helping me find the perfect mattress and adjustable bed for my elderly father. I want to especially thank Garrett for his exceptional service at the Mattress Warehouse in Pineville! He was instrumental in assisting with our order after purchase, even after many delayed weeks, eventually the California King sized mattress was delivered along with the mechanical base. He was able to help Kim and I with our customer service experience. He really went above and beyond!!! The customer service was so lame, so terrible,, such a nightmare, I considered never doing business with Mattress Warehouse ever again nor recommending to anyone I know. Garrett took accountability for the error, even when a percentage of that could’ve been attributed to inclement weather. Thank you so much Garrett for making Kim and I feel valued, appreciated, respected, and worth the trouble. I can’t begin to tell you how difficult of an ordeal this transaction was! We had a great experience with Vicky at Mattress Warehouse. She was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the entire process. Our daughter tried multiple mattresses over the course of about an hour and a half, and Vicky never once rushed us or made us feel pressured. She took the time to explain the differences between the mattresses, made thoughtful recommendations based on comfort and support, and really listened to what our daughter liked and didn’t like. Her expertise and professionalism made the whole experience easy and stress-free. Thanks to Vicky’s guidance, we were able to find a mattress that our daughter absolutely loves.
