Customer service was great; from the salesman at the store to the delivery men. They were polite, courteous and did their job. Thanks Kimbrell's; you just got repeat oustomers.
View on GoogleI had an excellent experience! I knew I wanted and needed a few things for our home but wasn't expecting to get all that I was able to. The store was clean and the furniture was up to date. The staff was so helpful and amazing. Mr. Ken was very kind, patient, informative, and helpful from the time I walked in until the time I walked out. Alicia really went above and beyond to help me! She made sure to go over every detail to make sure that I was comfortable, happy, and within budget. Alicia made sure that I got pretty much everything I needed, I almost cried! She recognized my need for assistance and she happily stepped right in! I don't know why she isn't on the sales floor?! She's very knowledgeable and helpful! Everyone of the staff members greeted me when I saw them and the guys assisted me and my family with loading our uhaul and made sure that we knew how to put everything together at home. I am so glad that I stopped in today! I would definitely recommend anyone to shop with Kimbrell's.

Roger is a great floor associate, allowed me to take my time and view everything I needed, even gave me his input on colors and height for my dinning table. Alicia and Jen in the financing department was outstanding Alicia will definitely keep you laughing and make sure you’re helped in whatever way you need Jen made sure I was go and was having the Kimbrell experience lol And lastly Mr.Bell the store manager was so kind to even gift me a house warming gift. Welcoming me to Greenville and the Kimbrell’s family 10/10

View on GoogleMy husband and I had a great experience with Kimbrell's. The sales person was friendly and knowledgeable. I think his name was Roger. The process was quick & efficient as we already knew what we wanted. The young lady that handled the financial paperwork was great too. She was polite, prompt, and professional. We're so excited for our new furniture to arrive & will definitely consider them for future furniture purchases.
