I had found the entertainment unit online. I went to the store in Hyannis. I was greeted promptly and warmly by my sales representative. The unit was on display. I was able to order it and pay for it in just a few minutes. Delivery was 2 days later. Delivery was professional and timely. The new unit is beautiful! Thanks My Bob’s!

Great experience. We were looking for a mattress..had done some research and wanted to check a specific one out. Rafael showed us the mattress..did NOT try to.upsell..we tried it and loved it. The price was terrific, and it is being delivered tomorrow. He got us all set up, a manager came to review to make sure all the details were correct and we walked out in less than an hour. We did ask about a sofa bed and he showed us one that has a bed that is actually comfortable! That will be our next purchase. The store was clean, the furniture very nice, and Rafael both warm and professional. We are very happy we came here.

On a cold windy rainy day in Hyannis, Michael the Bob’s Sales Person patiently helped us shop and diligently took our order noting numerous changes. We changed our mind a few times! But Michael persisted and he proved to be exceptional. Everything worked out exactly like we had imagined especially after their flawlessly executed delivery. That crew hustled 12 pieces of furniture into two different floors of our home, assembled it all, and completed the task in about one hour. Furniture shopping is never fun; the Bob’s Team made it flawless.

Had a great experience with a great associate. Erika was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. First time Bob's shopper and Erika made it a positive experience. There was a glitch with delivery details but Erika rectified it efficiently.

Walked in and was greeted by a cheerful and knowledgeable team member Erika. We went over my goals and lifestyle ( active house, three dogs, two teens) we discussed fabric and how my living room kinda flows. I was glad we assessed these things because it kept my focus of wanting relaxing seating for three to stretch out and watch movies but in my modest space. There was no sales pressure but a more welcomed support kind of thing. I came back two days later and made the original purchase that Erika had suggested. . Delivery is in two days and I’m sure the while glove service will be just as wonderful. Thanks Bob!
