Bought a sofa years ago, called the Hyannis store and had the pleasant experience with Kelly and Archie. What a team that made our inquiry to getting a longer sofa so simple, efficient. we had 2 different salesmen help with the purchase of a mattress. The first one was man named Jim. He went through all our questions and gave us a lot of information. When I went to place the order on Tuesday, he was off. Paul took good care of us and finished the sale. Both of these men were very easy to work with and are really good people for your organization. This was our first Bernie and Phil’s purchase compared to all of our other furniture purchasing experiences this was the absolute best. Paul Giannetti was personable, professional and really listened to our description of exactly what we wanted. Based upon our descriptionsz and questions he asked us he began with showing us two options. We liked both options, chose the one we liked best.
