Vicky at Mattress Warehouse is known for excellent customer service. She’s friendly, knowledgeable, and takes the time to explain options so people can make the right choice. Mattress Warehouse also offers a great selection, and Vicky does a wonderful job helping customers navigate it. Definitely recommend coming to see Vicky if you’re considering a new mattress,
View on GoogleVicky and Robin were both helpful. I found them to be knowledgeable, professional and friendly. They helped me to make an informed decision and made the whole mattress shopping experience enjoyable. I would highly recommend Mattress Warehouse, Matthews. Thank you Vicki and Robin. i.e … I spent more then anticipated to include cooling storm pillows… Sweet Dreams 😳😁
View on GoogleWe had not realized how much mattress shopping has changed. They have a machine now that will help better fit you for your needs and likings. Robin was our mattress wiz and made our mattress buying stress free, simple and quick. She was very respectful and understanding when it came to budgeting. Highly recommend shopping here.
View on GoogleWhat a wonderful and fun experience!!!! Vicky created such a welcoming and warm environment & helped us pick out the perfect mattress for our new home. Such a kind woman!! We had the best time!
View on GoogleI can't even begin to tell you what a great experience we had at Mattress Warehouse in Matthews NC! Vicky Hardy was so very nice, patient, understanding, knowledgeable and helpful! She went out of her way, seriously out of her way, to help my husband and I solve a huge last-minute situation!! What a wonderful woman! Take it from my experience, don't order a bed online, it is too important to not be sure of what you're buying and on reliable delivery. Not to mention getting a real, live, knowledgeable person with a big smile. She even called me that evening to make sure everything had worked out! Five stars is not enough for this store and Vicky! More like 500 stars! *I did not get paid for this review, nor do I know Vicky personally other than this visit! I have literally lived around the world. Alot of years on earth. Vicky is one of the best!
