The Original Mattress Factory

Walked into the store and was greeted by the employee. As soon we walked away from the $2000 mattresses, she sat back down just looked at her pc. Went to another store and bought a mattresses there. horrible customer service

Love Todd Anderson at the Matthews store. He took his time explaining the mattresses.

I went to Original Mattress Factory In Matthews NC today. I walked in the door and was looking around. There was a young lady sitting at a desk in the back of the store. She was doing something on her phone and never looked up. I left. Don't know how this store got a 5 star rating with that kind of customer service.

Very good buying experience. The sales manager was very helpful and knowledgeable. In and out in a short timeframe and the mattress was ready for pick up as promised.

Absolutely the best experience I have ever had buying a mattress. Todd and Alma were very helpful and answered all my questions and didn't rush me into a purchase. I would highly recommend The Original Mattress Factory.
