Mattress Warehouse of Middleburg - Clay Town Center Village

Great location with tons of mattress options. Kathy was the best salesperson I have even had the pleasure of talking to. She made me feel very welcome and there was no pressure. I compared prices at Mattress Warehouse with other stores and Mattress Warehouse always managed to beat the prices. They have great warranty/protection plan options at very good prices. I don’t plan on needing another mattress for many years but if/when I do I will definitely come here first.

Great Store. Great Service. Kathy O’Neal was very helpful, took time explaining about all the mattress’s to me the first day and again to my husband when I brought him back. We purchased an adjustable bed. It was delivered within a week. Kathy even made a home visit to help us with something we needed. That is great customer service. Great place and person if you need a mattress.

We recently purchased a mattress and had the absolute pleasure of working with Kathy. From start to finish, she delivered an exceptional experience that went far beyond what we expected. She was warm, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable—taking the time to understand our sleep needs, explain the differences between models, and guide us toward the perfect fit without a hint of pressure. What really impressed us was her honesty and genuine care. She encouraged us to try multiple options, answered every question with clarity, and made sure we felt completely confident in our choice. The entire process was smooth, stress-free, and even enjoyable. Thanks to Kathy, we’re sleeping better than we have in years. If you’re in the market for a new mattress, do yourself a favor and ask for Kathy —you’ll be in excellent hands. Kathy is smokin’ and jammn’ with the prices. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

My salesperson, Kathy, was super helpful. She asked several questions such as my firmness preference and sleep style. She walked me through a few mattresses that she felt would best meet my needs, even explaining how they were unique and about the companies that made them. I'm very happy with the service I received and would recommend them to anyone.

I had a fantastic experience with Kathy while shopping for a mattress. She showcased two excellent options: the Tempur-Pedic and the Purple. Kathy was incredibly patient and knowledgeable, answering all our questions thoroughly. Her friendly demeanor made the process enjoyable and stress-free. I highly recommend visiting her if you’re in the market for a new mattress!
