Excellent salesman -- Andrew. No pressure. I kinda' knew what I wanted and he didn't try to persuade me to buy something different or more expensive. Showed me the various options and let me make my decisions. Just a genuinely nice man who had a really good knowledge about the company that made my mattress as well as about other brands. It's only been a few days but so far I am totally happy with my new and fantastic mattress!
View on GoogleChayton is hands-down the most knowledgeable and helpful mattress salesman I’ve ever worked with. He’s polite, patient, and full of useful facts and suggestions. He answered every question clearly and made the whole process easy. If you want great service and real expertise, go see Chayton at Mattress Warehouse in Newport, RI!
View on GoogleCheck out this Newport,RI store! Purchased the Sterns and Foster Estate Firm He is finally getting 7 hours of sleep! Andrew was our salesperson, quite knowledgeable and no pressure to purchase. Able to try several mattresses before purchase. Delivery was easy. Went back to store today Betsy ( who previously sold me mattress for my other home when the store was called Mattress Firm ) exceptional too. Betsy honored the price guarantee - some money back on purchase of the Estate Firm mattress ( now on sale )
View on GoogleSomeone, please give Chayton a raise! He was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, ultimately providing me with a manageable number of great options and helping me settle on the right new mattress. I am so excited to get rid of my decade-old, cheap mattress that’s leaving me sleepless and in agony, and replacing it with an amazing new investment that still was within my budget. Chayton was so easy to work with: there was no pressure and total transparency, and he clearly cares a lot about helping clients find a great mattress solution. This Mattress Warehouse is a winner !
