After 15 plus years of our old mattress, it was time to get a new mattress. We were not looking forward to the experience. We did our research but wanted to see and feel the bed. We saw Mattress Warehouse had the Helix on display. My wife and I went over and tried it out. Heath was wonderful. I’m pretty sure we tried almost every mattress in the store. But Heath had a feel for what we wanted after a few test drives. We wound up buying a Simmons. I also know people want to see them in store and then buy online. I would strongly suggest you go into the stores - they can do better. The service and the extras they were able to add far exceed anything we could find online.
