I had the best experience working with Randee at Raymour & Flanigan! She was so attentive and really listened to what I needed. She helped me pick out the perfect bedroom sets and kitchen table, and everything turned out beautiful. Randee even gave me her phone number and checked in on delivery day and my moving day to make sure it all went smoothly. Truly above and beyond service — I’ll definitely be back to shop with her again!

I don’t usually leave reviews, but the professionalism and support I received here absolutely warranted one. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by Ralph, who was friendly and welcoming without being pushy. He gave me space to look around and then checked back in to make sure I was doing okay. I came in looking for a mattress, and Ralph walked me through the different options, explaining the specifications, asking about my sleep habits, and offering thoughtful recommendations including some great budget-friendly choices. I’m pretty indecisive, so it took me a while to make a decision, but he never once made me feel rushed. The checkout process and delivery setup were both quick and easy. Overall, it was a great experience from start to finish. If you stop by, definitely ask for Ralph! My dog approves too!

After an absolute NIGHTMARE of an experience with Bob’s (worst delivery experience I’ve ever had in my life), I went here in hopes of not only finding a bedset, but to finally complete the move into my new home. Paola greeted us immediately, offering assistance and then politely waited as we browsed with no pressure. I found many options that fit my price range. I was honestly impressed with the quality and pricing while I was here. I made my choice, and sat with Paola to discuss delivery and payment. Everything was smooth, it was a simple process and Paola even gave me options that I never considered. If all goes well by the end of this week I will have my new home fully furnished and looking the way I’ve pictured in my mind. I want to thank Paola for her no pressure demeanor, honest communication, and really just for making me feel cared for as a customer. Highly recommend!

Purchased a sofa at the beginning of the month. Was told there was one piece not in stock and given the option to take what was available and wait for the last piece or wait until the sofa was fully in stock. We opted to wait until all pieces were in stock. We were called about a week later and informed they had all the pieces and we proceeded to set up delivery. When the delivery arrived it was missing one seat. When we called and spoke with the staff we were shuffled around, it seems they had pulled up the wrong persons information and could not give us a straight answer about the missing part and when we might expect it to arrive. This was not a small purchase. This is a 4k expense we incurred and expected a certain level of service. Finally we get a call back from our original sales person who is a delight, love Greg, and he shuffles through the confusion and sets us up with a new delivery date, so far he is the only person who has been remorseful and set to make things right. With the impending storm I am called and told that they will set me up for delivery before the storm as I’m already put out by this whole mess up which is, on them, not on me. Today I am called by Andy, who needs to take some lessons in customer care, and told too bad so sad my remaining couch piece won’t be delivered until next week. Offered no apology and no solution. Didn’t offer to try and get it to me Friday, nothing. In fact he laughed at me, a frustrated pregnant women who is out 4k and without a full couch that fits her family, like something was just hilarious to him. I honestly expected better service and at this point I would love to speak with someone from corporate about our experience. This has been beyond frustrating we aren’t talking about a couple hundred bucks we are talking thousands of dollars spent, of which you happily took, and I have not gotten my goods in exchange. Disappointing.

My purchase at this store was seamless. Thanks to our Sales Rep Randee, she was phenomenal. We ordered a special order sectional and we received our order before the scheduled delivery date. Randee kept me informed every week while we waited for our Calvin sectional to come in. She gave me the best price during the Labor Day Event. Randee went above and beyond to make us happy customers.
