We stopped into Mattress Warehouse on Queen Street during a date night since we’ve been talking about getting a new mattress for over a year. Michelle took such great care of us from the moment we walked in. She really listened to our needs and, knowing my husband is a disabled veteran, thoughtfully guided us toward options that would best support his comfort and health while he sleeps. We’re so grateful for her patience and expertise throughout the process. Thank you, Michelle, for making this such a positive experience — we can’t wait to try out our new bed!

I was so pleased with my experience. I had planned on buying the cheapest firm mattress I could find online. Thankfully I didn’t. The bed match helped me find a mattress that made my sciatic nerve stop aching (and it wasn’t a firm one). And the saleswoman was so kind and helped me find one within my price range without pressuring me to go over that. I was so appreciative of how helpful and understanding she was. I absolutely recommend.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a completely different experience at Mattress Warehouse of York compared to another furniture store in the area. I was previously shown a Nectar Premier for around $1,000, but when I came into Mattress Warehouse, I met Johnny D and everything changed. Johnny took the time to actually listen to what I needed, let me try different options, and ended up getting me into a Serta with a base, pillows, and delivery for about $700a much better value and a much more comfortable setup. No pressure, honest guidance, great pricing, and excellent customer service from start to finish. If you’re mattress shopping in York, this is absolutely the place to go. Highly recommend!
