Purple - Station Park

Great experience! We ended up purchasing a Purple mattress and couldn’t be happier. The woman who helped us (I wish I remembered her name) was so patient and kind throughout the process. We never felt pressured to make a purchase, which we really appreciated. Definitely one of the best purchases we’ve made in a while!

Love the sleek, modern, simple design of everything from the mattresses to the showroom. Love that the employees aren't paid on commission so there isn't pressure to buy. That made me trust what they were saying SO much more than otherwise. When we initially went in we were only shown the hybrid mattresses (the more expensive ones) so I thought purple was out of our budget. And even after telling the sales associate that they were out of our budget they did not show us the original mattress which is their cheapest one. We saw it online later and came back to see it. Also, if you want one of their Heavenly pillows, the travel size one is much cheaper and still plenty big. I do love that they offer discounts for way more than just military personnel. Educators, students, etc. All in all they seem legit, with the 100 sleep guarantee and the warranty and mattress materials that don't break down over time! ***If you liked my review or found it to be helpful give it a thumbs up. 👍 thanks!

I’m very disappointed with my experience at this Purple store. Before visiting, I saw what appeared to be a $100 off promotion for Purple products online. There was no clear disclosure that this discount required purchasing a mattress. Based on that information, I drove to the store with my three kids, expecting to buy a Purple Harmony pillow using the advertised discount. Once in the store, I was told the discount only applies if you buy a mattress. This condition was not clearly stated online. In fact, when I showed the promotion to the employees, even they were confused. One employee initially thought the discount applied, then had to double-check with another employee and look it up internally before confirming it was mattress-only. That tells me the marketing is unclear even to Purple staff, which is a problem. Because of this, the trip ended up being a complete waste of time. As a divorced parent with 50/50 custody, time with my kids is extremely valuable, and this unnecessary trip meant lost time we could have spent doing something meaningful instead. I don’t mind a business having promotions with conditions - but those conditions need to be clearly and transparently stated upfront, not revealed only after you’ve already come into the store. The employees themselves were polite, but the disconnect between online marketing and in-store reality felt misleading and left a very bad impression of the brand. I ultimately left without purchasing anything and ordered elsewhere instead. I would strongly suggest Purple improve how promotions are communicated so customers don’t waste time based on incomplete or confusing information.

Talon was knowledgeable and really nice. There was no pressure and he took the time to help us find a mattress that we think will work for us. We had to leave to tend to our kids. He sent everything via email. We made the purchase from comfort of our home. He had everything ready for pick up the next day. Super helpful, quick and easy!

I love this store. They’re not pushy they give you your space so you can decide without it feeling like they’re hovering. But they stay close enough that if you have questions you can ask.
