We had a great experience during our visit to the Mattress Firm in Bountiful. Joseph was extremely knowledgeable and guided us through the entire process. He took the time to help us find the best fit for our needs and was truly amazing to work with. We highly recommend Joseph and Mattress Firm!
View on GoogleFound this Mattress Firm after doing a search for local mattress stores. Walking in, we were greeted by Joseph and after explaining our needs/wants, he directed us to mattress options to try. We soon found our favorites, but not ready to buy and wanting to check out other stores and options, we left. Returning in a few days, we bought our Kingsdown Mattress in king size. What brought us back? Of course number one is the mattress! But the other draws were the cleanliness and light and bright store, and Joseph. He knows his product line and helped us navigate through the choices. He stepped away to let us keep testing the mattresses and when we left, he gave us a farewell and let us know he would help us out if we chose to come back. We did test other good mattresses elsewhere, but the Kingsdown was the one we compared everything to. We noticed the differences in the stores and the staff as well. Thanks Joseph and team!
View on GoogleI’m older so I’ve purchased a lot of mattresses in my day. I have hated buying mattresses more than anything else, including a used car. Brigham at the Bountiful store is awesome, very knowledgeable, and gave me the best experience I’ve ever had. He was very knowledgeable on all of the Mattresses. The rest of the team there joined in as well, and it was obviously all they cared about is that we found the perfect mattress for our needs regardless of How much of a commission they would make on any particular mattress. The other amazing thing was the great variety of brands and mattresses that they have. Anything you could want is in that store. I will never go anywhere else again. For sure, I give Brigham and the staff at the Bountiful store as well as the lines of Mattresses 5 STARS.
View on GoogleI had great experience buying a mattress from Mattress Firm in Bountiful. Joseph was very helpful and showed me different options for the mattresses until I found the one which worked for me the best. Joseph also gave me a good discount to stay within my budget. My new mattress was delivered the next day, which was wonderful! I’m very happy with my purchase. Thanks!
View on GoogleWe recently purchased a mattress from the Mattress Firm location in Bountiful. Joseph was very helpful. He showed us several mattresses in our price range and explained the differences between them. There were no high pressure sales techniques and we received the mattress that fit our needs the best. I would definitely shop there again.
