Sleep Number

We were so pleased with our experience at sleep number. The Farmington sales people were so helpful and non pressuring. The 2 Men who delivered our bed were so helpful and informative. It was a very smooth delivery experience. We love sleeping on our number bed. We recomend it highly to you. Our son recommended it to us. 2 generations of happy customers!

I had an incredible buying experience here yesterday. Julie B was so helpful, kind and knowledgeable! Zero pressure on selling me a new bed. I genuinely felt she just wanted to get me the right bed for my needs. She spent an astonishing amount of time helping me with some difficult decisions, very patient and caring. It was so refreshing to work with a sales person who had my best interest at heart and not just trying to make a sale. When I left, I not only had a new bed on order, I felt I had a new friend. I would give my strongest possible recommendation to go see Julie B at the Farmington location if you’re in the market for a bed!

I had a great expirence when I bought my king size bed 4 years ago. And loved it till recently. When my bed stopped working. I turn on responsive air my bed deflates. And I have to mess around until I can get it at a somewhat comfortable firmness because its not correctly reading the pressure. And a few nights had to sleep with an almost empty one because I couldn't get it to reinstate after troubleshooting with the tech. I was told they have a TEN year warranty on all parts. Well that was a LIE. I just found out it's actually a 10 year cost sharing warranty. So every year they pay less and less of the cost to repair the bed. So a new pump to make my bed work again will cost me $250 after 4 years. Had I known that I would be responsible for buying replacement parts I would have gotten a nice normal mattress for less money that would be worry free for many years. So the bed is nice, salesman is nice, but be prepared to pay for parts if the bed fails.

Kevin in Farmingron, UT was awesome. He was patient and very knowledgeable as I asked a lot of questions. Got my new Sleep Number bed and the furniture with it. Love it. I didn't think I would care for the foot warmer function of the bed but man it helps me sleep like a baby.

Our sincere appreciation to two remarkable Sleep Number employees. Jameson was our salesman. He was patient, kind, and friendly. My wife has back problems and has trouble getting a good bed. No pressure on us but Jameson took time to show us each bed. Preformed an analysis of our best settings. Helped to get the best bed. We thought about it over the weekend and came back Monday. Julie closed the deal for us; she was also friendly, kind and patient. She spent a lot of time getting us the best deal with all available discounts. These two sure give a professional and caring image for your company.
