My wife and I had an excellent experience at the Mattress Firm Tualatin location. From the moment we walked in, Ronnie made us feel welcome and took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for in a mattress. He was very knowledgeable, patient, and never made us feel pressured during the process. Ronnie explained the differences between several mattress options and helped us find the perfect fit for both our comfort preferences and budget. The store was clean, organized, and had a great selection to try out. We truly appreciated the outstanding customer service and professionalism we received. My wife and I are very happy with our purchase and highly recommend the Tualatin Mattress Firm location — especially if you have the chance to work with Ronnie!
