I love Raymour & Flanigan and have been a customer of theirs for many years. I have an entire bedroom set from them, which I bought and then moved to my new location. We also have a couch and loveseat. My boyfriend has purchased a very large sectional, a coffee table, and a mattress with box spring and the adjustable platform (very comfortable).

The buying process was EXTREMELY simple. I walked in, and a kind sir by the name of Grant greeted me. I quickly explained my goal. He guided me in the right direction, and within seconds, I found exactly what I had been looking for: a big, comfy couch for a small space! I walked around, browsed, then left Mr. Grant hanging, and walked out the store...I was hungry. I went home, ate some food, did some thinking, and decided to go back at 6:30 on a Saturday. Grant was literally walking within steps of his car to leave for the day as I was walking back in. He was very kind about me holding him up a few extra minutes because I knew it was the perfect couch. Then Karen, she's a sweetheart, guided me through my delivery options, helped with a very painless payment, as they gave me a discount, and provided all the information I needed to keep my product in good condition! They were also accommodating to my delivery

I have been a loyal customer for years and have always purchased extended warranties on my products—a sign of my trust and investment in this company. Regrettably, that trust has been completely eroded by a series of deeply disappointing experiences regarding your delivery and warranty fulfillment process. The Coffee Table Replacement — Broken Delivery and Zero Accountability When a warranty replacement was arranged for my coffee table, the delivery experience was an outright failure. Standard protocol requires the delivery team to have the customer inspect and sign off on the product before they leave. This delivery person left without requesting any confirmation or sign-off whatsoever. The reason became immediately clear: the replacement coffee table was broken. The base and the top were visibly mismatched and damaged. I attempted to reach the delivery person immediately to address the issue before they left the area. I called 78 times. That is not an exaggeration. Seventy-eight calls, and not a single answer or callback. The Bottom Line I continue to invest in extended warranties because I believe in protecting my purchases—but a warranty is only as good as the service behind it. What I have experienced is: • Inadequate quality control for replacement items. • Professional negligence from delivery staff who feel no obligation to ensure customer satisfaction. • A complete breakdown in communication when issues are identified. The foundation of any retail relationship is trust—and right now, that foundation is broken, much like the coffee table sitting in my home. I expect a prompt resolution to this matter.

My wife and I had a very pleasant furniture buying experience. The staff is very knowledgeable, helpful and professional. They spent a lot of time with us showing numerous furniture options. They were extremely dedicated to ensure that we were totally satisfied with our purchase. No pressure and great prices. We have been doing business with R&F for years and will continue to do so.

We had an excellent experience at Raymour & Flanigan on 4-17-26. We had gotten living room furniture there many years ago which has held up and looked nice so when we were in the market for recliners we came back. Our salesman Justin Fox was wonderful and explained the bells/whistles of all the recliners we were looking at. He spent a lot of time with us. Much appreciated. We purchased two awesome recliners. I highly recommend the store and Justin.
