I went there to browse a few weeks ago because we were looking for a new bed and couch. I was looking at prices and taking pictures to show my husband. Well apparently the sales guy didn't like that and kept making comments "well you sure are taking a lot of pictures" in this weird tone like I was a spy or something. And it wasn't once.. it was several times. Same comment. It was SO strange. Was he afraid his competition was gonna see the pictures? Idk and I already told the guy right off the bat that I didn't have a big budget and was just looking. This dude just followed me around like I was going to steal a couch or something? Strangest experience ever. I was treated way nicer at the store across the parking lot with super fancy expensive stuff in there. Anyway, there was some stuff that I was like "okay maybe we can swing that" but after that weird experience with the sales guy I didn't even show my husband the pictures I just told him we will go somewhere else and spend our money where they don't treat you like whatever that guy thought I was. BTW here are the suspicious pictures I was taking...these are some STRANGE pictures guys, BEWARE!!!! 😅 BTW my visit was on 4/19/26

I place my order September 10th its January 4th now and haven't received all my items they kept blaming tariff my order was placed before any of that plus the item was in stock wheni placed the order. It's literally next year, this is crazy. I will never buy anything from these guys again. They don't deserve one star.

No. Just say no to this company! We had three different excuses as to why our ottoman wasn’t ordered. Someone called me yesterday to say it was in route. Then today, it hasn’t been ordered. And they want to cancel the order. How convenient?! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! Don’t order anything from them! Don’t believe them when they say “it’s in stock, we just have to find it.” ABSOLUTELY WORTHLESS.

My husband and I came in to purchase a mattress for our daughter and Zack greeted us as soon as we walked in the door. He was very sweet and knowledgeable as we didn’t know what mattress to get other than we needed a mattress between 6”-8”. Found what we were looking for and Zack made the buying process fast and easy. Same day pick up too! (Only because the one we chose was in stock/in warehouse). We will definitely be coming back for a future purchase!
