My family and I had a wonderful experience with Bob’s. From start to finish, every employee we interacted with was kind, attentive, and genuinely invested in understanding our needs. Hannah and Brian, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure we found exactly what we were looking for—I highly recommend working with them. In addition to the exceptional customer service, we are extremely pleased with the quality and appearance of our furniture. The pieces are both beautiful and comfortable, easily accommodating our large family (and our cats!), and have truly made our house feel more like a home. We selected a light grey option, which complements our neutral décor perfectly. I’d also like to add that we initially purchased a four-piece sectional with an ottoman (five pieces total). After installation, we realized we had additional space and decided to expand the configuration by adding an armless piece, bringing the total to six pieces. The process of purchasing the additional piece was seamless—we were able to order it separately without any complications, which was incredibly convenient. Overall, we are very happy with our purchase and grateful for the experience. We’re glad to support a company that values both its customers and the quality of its products!

Sales associates are great; they're not pushy and always allow you plenty of time to browse. They are always attentive when you need questions answered. I have purchased four pieces of furniture from them and will continue to go back.

I didn’t realize Bob’s had so many affordable furniture options. Mark, my salesman, was extremely helpful, he took the time to understand what I was looking for and helped me find the perfect dining set. I was also searching for a coffee table that wasn’t too expensive, and he walked me through all the options in the store that fit within my budget. I really appreciated his patience and guidance. I will definitely be returning to Bob’s for any future furniture needs.

Great selection of couches of all kinds. Our salesperson person Hannah was very helpful and listened to our needs. The process to get financing was easy and simple with 0%interest for a certain period of time which is great. They deliver and pick up your old couch(for a fee). Their furniture comes with Goof Proof so if something happens you are covered for a replacement cushion or something. Will definitely be shopping at Bob's for our future furniture.

I was extremely disappointed with my experience. When we walked in, there were four employees standing together talking. We walked through the store and made a full lap, expecting at least a simple “hello” or acknowledgment, but no one ever greeted us or offered to help. We had come in specifically to purchase a twin mattress for our daughter’s birthday, so we weren’t just browsing—we were ready to buy. After not being acknowledged, we decided to take our business elsewhere. We went across the street to Mattress Firm, where we were greeted immediately and ended up purchasing our daughter’s mattress there instead. Customer service makes a huge difference. It only takes a few seconds to acknowledge a customer, and unfortunately, the lack of basic customer service cost this store a sale.
