My wife and I were greeted by Ross upon entering the store. Ross was friendly in a genuine way, versus a "salesman" way. He was very professional, and extremely knowledgeable about every product he showed us. He was patient. He also sensed when to give us space to consult with each other. He explained everything involved in our transaction clearly and concisely and made sure we understood. Ross made us aware of discounts available to us and applied as many as he was allowed. We only purchased yesterday so we have yet to experience the delivery side of the transaction. I would highly recommend visiting Ross and Mattress Firm at the Mid Rivers location.

Daniel was very helpful & attentive. Even though they didn't have exactly what I was looking for on this visit, he still asked questions to make sure he fully understood my needs, and was patient when I struggled to properly explain my thoughts. He also took the time to explain why what I was looking for might not be the best way to go.

I have bought 2 tempuredic beds here within a year and I've had great experiences each time. I caught the mattress we just bought on sale yesterday and they actually had one in stock that we could take home that night. We got a Queen Tempuredic mattress and a box spring with a mattress protector. The salesman was very friendly, knowledgeable and even gave us a discount on the box spring which we were also able to take home that day. I've bought most of my pillows from here and I will forever recommend these guys! Our new mattress is amazing and very soft. My fiance and I had a great night's sleep and woke up with no back pain. I feel I got the the best price I could, but want able to use the coupon that Mattress Firm sent me if I completed my order today which I diid, and no free adjustable base.these were all things I read online. Then I went into the store and that just wasn't true. Salesman was nice and polite. Although it was discouraging.

He took the time to figure out what type and showed us many options so that we selected one we both agreed on. They also have reasonable pricing and their shipment to us was same week.
