Very welcoming atmosphere and genuine experience. Jean was so easy to work with! She is very knowledgeable about the inventory and was able to provide personal feedback on one of the mattresses because she owns one! We got so much quality for the money-- which, by the way, was not a lot due to their crazy clearance sale! We are so excited to receive our order. Wish we needed more beds so we could buy more! Truly appreciated the down to earth info provided. Did not feel pressured like Jean was trying to "upsale" us. Thank you so much!

We haven't taken delivery of the mattress yet, but our experience in the store was very pleasant. We were greeted Xachari and he was very helpful. He was able to answer all of questions and help us understand the differences between purchasing from Midwest Mattress vs. one of the larger chain stores (comfort guarantee, incentives, warranty, etc.). We ended up purchasing a mattress and feel fairly confident with our decision.

From start to finish, Amanda at Midwest Mattress was wonderful to work with. She took the time to listen and helped me find the perfect king-size plush mattress. The mattress is heavenly, and her customer service was top-notch. I’ll definitely be back!

Went looking for a mattress today, went home with one today. The accosiate was the most knowledgeable sleep expert i have ever meet. She done such a wonderful job and is a asset to your company! Her work ethic and energy was something to be proud of! Sad to see it closing hope you know who I'm speaking towards on Edgewood road location. Will be back for sure!

The pleasures of dealing with a local company is the people and this place has the best people! Jean and Amanda were so personable and friendly, it really took the awkwardness out of trying out & buying a bed. It’s a shame the CR branch is closing but glad the business will still be around! Highly recommend!
