Modern Furniture Outlet & Mattresses

Ivan and his team were great to work with. Very patient, knowledgeable and friendly. I just placed my order and I can’t wait! This is the second purchase I have made and the first time the experience was great as well. Highly recommend.

I had a really great experience with this place. The team was so kind and helpful throughout the whole process. They gave me a very fair price for my sofa, and I really appreciated their honesty and care. The quality of the furniture is excellent—super comfortable and looks beautiful in my space (you can see in the pictures). I felt very supported from the moment I walked in, and they made sure I was satisfied with everything. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for good quality furniture and genuine, kind service. Thank you again!

My family and I went here today and Ed (the sales person) was GREAT! He was able to beat the price of all the other furniture stores we visited. No hassle, professional and if you're looking for furniture go see Ed!

I placed an order online back on July 4th but I was informed the recliner and sofa set I had purchased was not available due to high demand and possibly looking at a month or two before I would see the new set. I did keep in contact and talked to both Ivan and Ed but Ed was the most informative on what was happening when I called the store. They do have access to their online site to know if the furniture has been delivered to their store. At first I thought delivered I didn’t receive this furniture..😂 but then I realized it’s an update on their end to let you know modern received it but they deliver when they receive all your furniture. I am pleased to say furniture finally has arrived 9/13/25 and Buntington furniture by Ashley is absolutely beautiful, comfy, plush and supportive where your not sunk into the sofa trying to lift yourself up without falling back down and the reclining ends reveling all the way back for added support even the recliner itself just like a glorified bed in a chair. Ed like you said hopefully it’s worth it and thanks for being so patient well it definitely paid off because the outcome is more than I expected.😀. Special thank you for putting up with my constant nagging and questions and being a royal pain in the backside and a thank you to the delivery drivers for the delivery and for their quick assembly and kindness.😀. I added my photos so you have an idea of how this furniture looks. I definitely recommend Modern Furniture for anyone seeking a new look with added quality.

My husband and I moved from Arizona to Pennsylvania so we needed new furniture. We bought our couch from here and when I tell you from start to finish everything was flawless! Ivan was great and very friendly on the phone. He told me he had to order our couch and it could take 2 weeks but it could be sooner. 3 days later we got a call to set up delivery for the next day!! Luis and Fabian were amazing themselves! They got the couch up the stairs, set up and cleaned up all in less than 10 minutes flat. Overall, I will be ordering from them again! Thank you for my new couches!! A job well done!
