I was told my mattress would be delivered by Wednesday of the next week when I ordered the mattress on the weekend. However, when I did not hear anything on Tuesday, I called to ask about the next days delivery. I was told they had not received my mattress but they were going to try to get a hold of someone and would call me back. I’m glad I did not sit waiting on a call. The next day, at the end of the day, I called again. I was told the manufacturer did not have the fabric and was backed up and I might get my mattress next week. Based on the fact I was going to get my bed, I had my other mattress picked up on Monday so it would not be in the way. I did not mind sleeping on an air mattress for 2 nights, but now it will be at least a week. The lady told me they would send a bed for me to sleep on, however, I’m not exactly excited about having a used mattress brought in for me to sleep on, so no thank you. They should not have told me they would deliver on Wednesday and they admitted that, but I wanted to look elsewhere since they were not delivering when they said and I was told they would not give me a refund. So, just know…. You can’t believe what your told. And no matter how long it takes, there will not be communication unless you initiate it and NO REFUNDS!

The seller name was Bryson Spears , he was so helpful and answered all our questions and more. This is a a great place to shop. If you want a good mattress and took care of and not lied to or cheated, and an honest man, come here to get a mattress

This was honestly the best retail experience I’ve had since moving to Chattanooga. Everyone at Nooga Mattress was super friendly and easy to talk to, and the whole store has a really calm and welcoming feel. No pressure at all. Just helpful, knowledgeable people who seem to really care about what they’re doing.
They made the financing process really simple, and the mattress I ordered came in pretty quickly. What really stood out was the delivery. In the past I’ve had to wait weeks and then deal with a rushed or careless delivery team. But these guys were right on time, very polite, and got everything set up smoothly.
Start to finish it was just a great experience. I’d definitely recommend them.

They were really nice and helpful they made sure I got the mattress I wanted and that was comfortable for me and she told me all the discounts that they had and made the paying process really easy for me seeing as it my first time doing it by myself self. And they add in free pillows and a mattress cover
