Rooms To Go

We went in at last minute to purchase our living room set and beds for our kids 25 mins before they close. Zach Peluso greeted us when we walked in and, helped us choose what we needed without rushing us even though the store was about to close. He stayed past closing time to help us make our purchase and, make sure all our items were delivered at the same time. Great experience costumer service at its finest definitely recommend rooms to go at gunbarell rd and, Zach Peluso as your sell rep very happy with our purchase.

I had an outstanding experience at Rooms To Go thanks to Zack. He was incredibly patient, kind, and truly focused on understanding my needs. He asked all the right questions and made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. I walked in expecting to make a small purchase and ended up buying much more than I originally planned simply because my experience with him was that exceptional. Rooms To Go has great furniture, but Zack’s customer service set the visit apart. Even when we ran into a technical issue during checkout, he stayed with me the entire time to make sure everything was sorted out. This was by far one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had with a purchase like this. Highly recommend asking for Zack!

We had an absolute wonderful experience at this store, especially with Chris. We came in on one Saturday and we left wanting to think everything over and do some re-measuring at home. At no point was there any high pressure to keep us from leaving or buying right then. Today, we just left the store and bought a gorgeous and comfy sofa, loveseat, recliner and unexpectedly, we opted to get the matching coffee table and side tables. It truly is a "rooms to go" experience as we will now have a coodordinating family room set instead of the hodge podge collection of random furniture pieces we have collected through the years. Very excited! If you go to this store ask for Chris! He is extremely nice and knowledgeable!

We would never do business here again. We placed a furniture order for a bedroom suite on April 19th. It was delivered Friday May 1st, but they forgot to send the hardware for the bed. We called the Chattanooga store while the delivery was still being made and they transferred us to customer care to place the order for the hardware. Due to the type of bed, none of it could be built without the screws. Customer care assured us it would be overnighted. Saturday came, and we called the Chattanooga store back. They didn’t have a tracking number for the hardware or any update, so they said they would call us back. They did not. We called back Sunday, and they still had no tracking number or any information. Finally today, Monday May 4, they have a tracking number for us but when you try to track, ups doesn’t even have the item yet, the label was just created. We haven’t had a bed since Friday May 1, and nobody cares. The sales reps at the store only want to pawn you off on customer care. Not only are we still waiting on the hardware, but now they are saying to build the bed, we have to call back one we receive the parts and schedule a technician to come build it because we don’t have instructions to do so. I will never do business here again. I recommend going across the street to Ashley.

We went to a couple furniture shops on Memorial Day looking for a new couch and our last stop was Rooms To Go! Shae was absolutely polished and professional from the minute we walked in the door! She was even making sure other guests were getting taken care of by her associates when we were pondering on our own. 10/10 service, professionalism and choice in nail polish color!
