We were helped by Ethan Miller! He greeted us as soon as we walked in and made us feel welcomed! Thanks to him we found a beautiful sofa and ottoman we loved! Thanks again for the great service and hospitality.

Spend $5000 on a couch and buy $1000 warranty and repair warranty. Call to you said warranty… One year later, they leave the pieces straight out the box and instead installing them and putting them on they reschedule due to them running behind, but they asked to leave the supplies. Call them to set up them coming to put it back on once a week for a few months gets tired of going back-and-forth in a year goes by… They did not standby warranties do not buy warranties from them if they are not going to stand by them I’m sure they will respond and let everyone know how something is not their fault about this and that is how they are talking to me like it’s not their fault. Here is the photos a year later still sitting in my garage and cannot get an appointment for them to get out here

I used to recommend this store to all of my friends and family, but I’m not too sure anymore. I bought a bedroom set and paid for them to deliver and set it up. The bed frame went into a guest room, so I have not had to use it. I had someone finally use that room and when she sat on the bed, the whole frame collapsed. After taking mattress and box spring off the bed we realized the support beams were not screwed in. There was not one screw even poked through the beams. I spoke to someone on the phone and they said that they would take the photos I sent and send them to management for review. After a week I called and spoke to a ‘manager’ and she said she would reach out to her higher ups to find a solution. I called today (at 5:07) and the same person I spoke to before answered and asked me to hold since she was with a customer. After holding for about 5 minutes the call was transferred to this employees voicemail. I left a voicemail in hopes I would get a call back before closing. I was not going to post this review, but it seems to be very difficult to reach anyone that can resolve this issue. I paid for the convenience and the peace of mind that the furniture would be durable and safe for use. I now see that several recent customers are experiencing the same lack of communication from the employees. Hopefully this is a flaw in their system and they are able to fix it and actually take care of their customers so they will continue to return for business.

Great shopping experience with Ethan and team today! Pricepoint has a great selection of mattresses and sofas. We bought both and are so excited for our delivery scheduled on Wednesday!!

I never write reviews but I have been so disappointed with this store. We purchased what appeared to be a very nice dining table and chairs. This was the first table we’ve ever purchased brand new. We hadn’t even had the table six months and the back to one of the chairs is coming apart and the table has multiple imperfections on top…many bubbled areas from an unknown cause. We contacted the store to see what could be done and were told it would be sent to the warranty department and they literally will not reply back to us and have no interest in making this right. We have reached out and sent pictures multiple times to try to get this remedied. Very poor quality furniture apparently and customer service is nonexistent. So disappointed that we paid so much money for crappy furniture. I have Walmart furniture that is better quality. Will never buy another piece of furniture from this store again and would highly recommend others don’t was well. There was obviously a reason they closed stores and consolidated last year.
