Ellen Brunetti was the BEST sales associate you could ever ask for. She was vey patient, gave great advice on style, color, and size to assist me with my purchases. I even went back and bought some more furniture from her almost a week later. She is a true asset to Ashley Furniture. I will definitely ask for her the next time I need to make a purchase from Ashley Furniture.

I worked with Ali and at first I was super anxious about being able to find the right couch that would fit my expectations. Ali was able to help me purchase the couch I wanted and that definitely fit my expectations and it was a super easy process! Ali was great and I definitely recommend asking for her for your next furniture purchase!

I found some love seats on sale that I loved but waited too late to purchase before the sale ended. I reached out to Michael who had helped us. He was able to give me the sale price and took care of placing the full order and delivery for me. It made the entire process very simple and I so appreciate it!

Samantha was amazing to work with! She helped us pick out our new sectional and made the entire experience so easy and enjoyable. We never felt pressured to buy or rushed into a decision. She really listened to our needs and showed us options that fit exactly what we were looking for. The second couch she showed us was a 20/10, but she still took the time to walk us through a few more choices and explain the features of each one. Her knowledge and patience made all the difference. Before purchasing from Ashley Furniture, please do your homework. Read their customer reviews and Trustpilot rating (1.3 stars). We purchased furniture from the Murfreesboro, TN store for our new home in Panama City Beach, FL. We told the salesperson before purchasing that we would be picking up the furniture from the Smyrna warehouse and transporting it ourselves to Florida. At pickup, the warehouse would not allow my husband to inspect the furniture. When we unpacked a nightstand, the bottom drawer was cracked and would not slide properly. What should have been a simple warranty claim turned into more than five weeks of frustration. I spent countless hours on the phone with Ashley’s customer service (10-12 calls), receiving conflicting information every time. We were told our warranty wasn’t valid because we moved out of state, then told it was. We were promised replacement parts, then a new nightstand, then told it couldn’t be shipped because our address had to be changed through the Tennessee store. The store manager never returned our call. We repeatedly requested a supervisor, but it was extremely difficult to reach one, and we were constantly assured the issue had been resolved when it hadn’t. To make matters worse, Ashley managed to ship us the wrong replacement drawer to our Florida address but claimed they couldn’t ship the correct nightstand there. Only after another lengthy call and insisting on speaking with a supervisor did they finally approve shipping the replacement nightstand, which we received over a month after first reporting the damage. The damaged furniture was eventually replaced, but the customer service was exhausting, disorganized, and filled with misinformation. I cannot recommend Ashley Furniture based on this experience. Save yourself the time and frustration by shopping with a company that stands behind its products and provides competent customer service.
