Sleep Number

Matthew, the Store Manager, did an excellent job explaining everything about the beds. He asked a lot of questions when I first walked in, which caught me a little off guard at first, but after going through the entire process, I understood why. He genuinely cared about finding the right solution for me instead of simply trying to sell me the most expensive option. He clearly explained how the beds work, how each model differs, and how everything is put together. He was thorough, knowledgeable, patient, and easy to understand. I truly appreciate the excellent service and would highly recommend working with him.

We went looking for a great mattress that would last for years and found one at the Murfreesboro store with a great employee. Matthew helped us get the right fit for us and never pushed us towards anything. It was a great experience. Our first night we couldn’t wait to sleep on our new sleep number mattress. We slept great and woke up feeling refreshed. No more hip and back pain for us! Matthew helped us find the right sleep number for both of us. We highly recommend going to talk to Matthew and getting a mattress from this store! Thank you Matthew! Ronnie and Melanie

I looked at sleep number beds for over 2 years, questioned if they were worth the price. Visited the store, and Justin was amazing. He was not pushy, very informative and was able to answer all our questions. We went back and purchased one the next day. We should have not waited so long. Great bed !! Sleep so much better!! Thank you Justin in Murfreesboro Tn.

I was in need of a new Sleep Number when I sold mine with my home. I was in the process of moving out of state but knew Sleep Number was still what I wanted. The comfort and adjustability truly make a difference, especially when you partner has health issues that are constantly changing. Most of my interaction with Matthew was over the phone and through email and he made the entire process incredibly easy. I explained my situation to him and took the time to explain additional options that benefitted me and my situation. The whole experience never made me feel like he was trying to add extra stuff that weren't needed. When I came in to complete the purchase, everything was set up and super quick. It’s clear he genuinely cares about his customers and making sure they’re taken care of. Highly recommend both Sleep Number and working with Matthew!

I have to admit that I was pretty skeptical after reading some mixed reviews about Sleep Number. I still wanted to do my own research but brought those concerns with me into the store here in Murfreesboro. This is where Matthew, the store manager, changed my mind and I gave Sleep Number a shot. He was knowledgeable, patient, and never once shied away from answering the negative reviews I asked about. I decided to give Matthew and Sleep Number a shot. After delivery, he followed up with me multiple times to make sure everything was working and that I was settling into my new Sleep Number. Since sleeping on it, me and my wife both have noticed a huge difference with how well we are sleeping. I couldn't be happier with my experience in store and at home! The whole team at the store has been awesome. If want someone who genuinely cares and delivers top notch customer service, then you need to go visit Murfreesboro. I recommend asking for Matthew.
