Purple - Mountain View Village

We walked because we were curious about purple mattresses. Mark helped us and he was amazing! He didn’t feel pushy at all, wasn’t trying to convince us to buy the most expensive thing, and was just very knowledgeable. He was patient with us when we decided we needed to take time to think about it and was willing to wait to help us get the best deal. So excited for our purple mattress to come!

We just went into Purple here in Mountain View Village and had the BEST experience with Mark & Corbyn. They were extremely helpful, patient and informative of all the products. I appreciated them not being over the top sharks trying to sell, sell, sell, but rather being understanding and allowing us the space to explore and think. That’s EXACTLY why we bought a bed, pillows, and the pillowcases from them. Wonderful experience!!!!

Mark was a true sleep genius and very helpful. He asked several questions to understand our needs and made a professional recommendation tailored to us. Highly recommend Purple in Riverton for a solid experience and a great mattress with comfy sheets to boot.

The stores are awesome, But once purple has your money you’re dealing with customer service. Which is a horrible experience. Be cautious if you ever have to exchange the mattress or request a refund. It is a complete headache. You receive a sleep trial, but If you need to utilize it, prepare for a lot of back-and-forth emails because they don’t have a direct line for the “actual dept. you work with.. Diana is the worst and won’t call you. communication is done via email and you wait for a week at a time for 1 simple answer. Then when they don’t answer the question, you submit again and wait for another week It’s absurd. It’s almost like they want to extend the amount of time it takes to resolve ann issue until your sleep trial is over and unresolved. Then you’re stuck with the $9k mattress and they don’t care. I would not recommend purple at all. The cost is not worth it and there are other mattresses, Tempur-pedic, sleep number and so on that were much better. Do your research online first and avoid the stress.

Purple mattresses are super comfortable. Had mine for a while now. I like it. Friends like it. It’s always gonna last for a bunch of years. Until you spill something smelly on there.
