I always go out of my way to write positive reviews whenever I have an exceptional experience, and this was absolutely one of them.
This was my second visit to the Purple store in Southlake, and once again I left incredibly impressed.
From the moment I walked in, Manager Zach and Kira knew that I had already purchased my Purple mattress through Mattress Firm and that any exchange or future purchase would also be handled through Mattress Firm—not their store. Even knowing that from the very beginning, it did not change their attitude, the amount of time they spent with me, or the level of care they provided.
Rather than treating me as someone who wasn’t purchasing from their location, they treated me like a valued Purple customer. They patiently walked me through every mattress, explaining the differences in construction, firmness, pressure relief, support, cooling, adjustable base compatibility, and which models would best fit my specific needs. Every question I had was answered thoroughly, honestly, and without ever making me feel rushed or pressured.
What impressed me most was that their priority wasn’t making a sale—it was making sure I fully understood the Purple brand and had the knowledge to make the best decision for my body and my long-term comfort. To me, that is the true definition of customer service.
Zach and Kira represented Purple with excellence. They demonstrated that the Purple experience isn’t just about selling a mattress; it’s about educating customers, standing behind the brand, and ensuring people have the information they need to make the right choice. That level of professionalism, integrity, and genuine care speaks volumes about both of them and about Purple as a company.
If this is the level of service they provide to someone whose purchase is being handled elsewhere, I can only imagine the exceptional experience customers receive when purchasing directly from this store.

I recently walked into this purple store on a whim, I was shopping nearby and just wanted to look at their mattresses but after laying on a few I knew that my current mattress wouldn't do.
I ended up buying a rejuvenate, Kira was very helpful and never pressured me into something I didn't want. She made the process so easy I was shocked with how fast I was in and out.
I've been sleeping on it for a few weeks and I can't imagine going back

I stopped in Purple on my lunch break in search of a new pillow. Kira greeted me immediately upon walking in. She was so kind and helpful! She was very knowledgeable about each pillow and we found (I hope) the one that will be perfect for me! Great experience and wonderful customer service!

Priti was phenomenal in our process. She is a very mature person when dealing with meeting customer’s need. Wife and I had been looking for the next set of mattress for the next 10 years. We are very difficult. Priti took her time and patience explained EVERY single thing in a way we understood. The entire staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We ended up purchasing their Purple Rejuvenate Ultimate plus sheets and pillows. Great experience looking forward to do business again. My husband and I stopped in to look for pillows and ended up having a wonderful experience. Our salesperson Priti was kind, knowledgeable, and took her time explaining our options without pushing us to buy anything.
