Radtke Appliance, Inc.

Wow - it has been a very long time since I experienced the great quality service that I did with Radtke today. From Bonnie on the phone to the delivery guys, I felt like everyone was competent, friendly and very eager to exceed my expectations. Well done! We'll definitely use them for all appliances going forward. Thank you!

Radtke Appliance went above and beyond for us! They installed all of our basement appliances flawlessly and even put our custom panels on our fridge and dishwasher. The attention to detail they brought to every aspect of the project were outstanding. What truly stood out was their phenomenal customer service. From the initial consultation to the final installation, the team was professional, courteous, and genuinely cared about ensuring everything was perfect. They patiently answered all our questions and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. We couldn’t be happier with the results and highly recommend Radtke Appliance for anyone looking for top-notch appliance installation and customer service.

I called the store today because my 10 year old gas stove wasn’t working (I didn’t purchase from them) and needed a new igniter. The lady on the phone was super helpful and when I arrived to pick it up a gentleman even gave me a couple tips on the install. I’ll be purchasing my appliances from Radtke once mine need to be replaced. Easy 5 star service.

We have purchased 12 appliances from Radtkes over the years. Our dishwasher needed to be fixed and Ryan C got right on it. I appreciated the friendly disposition and respect for our home by taking off his shoes. Thanks Ryan. Mick

Purchased a glass cooktop about a year ago from Radtke, good price for the product. Just last week a crack appeared in the cooktop. I checked my warranty and a limited warranty stated replacement for thermal cracks. I called Radtke, sent pictures of the damage and about two weeks later I have a new cooktop. Love that Radtke works with the customers too get the best deals, coverages and replacements. They also have awesome service . I’ll buy from Radtke forever!!
