The lady on the phone was super helpful and when I arrived to pick it up a gentleman even gave me a couple tips on the install. I’ll be purchasing my appliances from Radtke once mine need to be replaced. Easy 5 star service.

View on GooglePurchased a glass cooktop about a year ago from Radtke, good price for the product. Just last week a crack appeared in the cooktop. I checked my warranty and a limited warranty stated replacement for thermal cracks. I called Radtke, sent pictures of the damage and about two weeks later I have a new cooktop. Love that Radtke works with the customers too get the best deals, coverages and replacements. They also have awesome service . I’ll buy from Radtke forever!!
