HassleLess Mattress

We recently purchased a Dream Cloud mattress from HassleLess Mattress. Being able to navigate through the showroom without a sales person following us around was really nice, not to mention the awkward feeling of laying on a bed and having someone watch you! Using the kiosk to complete the purchase was quick and easy. Delivery was easy too. We were gov n a 2-hour window, and we got a call when they were on the way. The delivery team were efficient and friendly. We love our new mattress! I would highly recommend HassleLess!

We are going to buy another mattress here... LOVE the HASSLESS Shopping experience!

It was nice to try out the mattresses without a salesperson standing over you. We spent 45 minutes narrowing down the right one. We decided on a beautyrest black medium (4), which was the only firmness to try in the store (for that exact bed). Now that we have it home and slept on it, it’s a little firm for us. We probably should have purchased more towards a (2 or 3) firmness. We would like to exchange to a softer mattress, but the fees that are charged aren’t worth it. Wish they allowed a 30 day trial period and free exchange. Delivery was great. They actually arrived 3 hours early, which was fine. Will definitely recommend.

I needed to replace a mattress. Not only was it delivered the same day (on Black Friday), but the old mattress was taken away, too, at no extra charge. Better than hassleless - I'd call it AMAZING!

No problems with finding what we liked. We also checked other stores then returned to test again to be sure. Went home & ordered online & it was delivered within a couple of days. We would have liked to have someone in the showroom to talk with because we haven't shopped at your store before & weren't sure how this all worked & needed to ask some questions about the mattress. Mostly though, it wasn't a problem & delivery went well too.
