Sleep Number

We stopped in to the Delafield store to look for a replacement for our i8 Sleep Number bed. Brian took the time to explain all the different available beds and their differences. He also informed us about all the improvements these new beds have compared to our old i8 bed. We made our choice and Brian helped us with all the available payment options, scheduled our delivery and even helped us set up our Sleep Number app to control our new bed. It was a pleasant experience.

This Delafield SN Store doesn't provide any benefit, no accountability for associate's mistake, instead manager carries with answer "I don't have any free pillows to give" With $7000+ purchase - no one here was looking for free pillows - just simply do your job. Product excellent, Sales person great, Manager -1.

I LOVE my Sleep Number bed!!! No, they are not cheap, you get what you pay for so they say. I never was one to use that line but, in this case it's very much true. My ex-husband bought me mine as I just had my first c-spine surgery from a horrible work injury. It was so much more comfortable than ALL the other beds I've ever had. Eight months after that surgery I was diagnosed with breast cancer and with the "Boomerang" pillow Sleep Number sold it helped soo much with my neck and my cancer surgery. If your looking to get a Sleep Number watch for Special events, we got a GREAT DEAL on a top of the line bed!! The salesman was awesome also.

Was like a roller coaster ride. The store experience was amazing thanks to Alec. I didn’t order the remotes with my new 360 climate control because we were going to use the App. Ordered the remotes after and was sent the wrong remotes. After returning them I was told next day air for the right remotes. Didn’t happen, I received them 3 days later. I can’t believe a store like Sleep Number would treat their customers so disrespectful.

We worked with Sydney and the staff at the Delafield store to shop for and purchase our new ClimateCool bed. Sydney was knowledgeable, helpful and patient while we tried different beds and worked through the purchase process. We appreciate how hard Sydney and the rest of the staff worked to get us the bed we wanted at the best price. Thank you.
