Verlo Mattress

We've purchased mattresses and other items here several times, and the service has been outstanding. Their quality is fantastic and their prices are very reasonable. I've used Verlo since the early 80's and will continue to do so! The Delafield store has been great. No pressue to buy, just good information, questions asked are answered, and they even helped me pick out a perfect pillow for my needs! Follow up service is also outstanding if needed.

Verlo Mattress is a wonderful option for comfortable sleep at great prices, but the biggest reason to shop here is the customer service. I have been buying Verlo for many, many years and even when I move I find my local shop and get my perfect mattress. Over the years (I'm talking nearly 50!) I have had no issues with the product and never had to return for issues. Just recently I realized I needed to talk to someone about a question I had and I spoke with Nick, who immediately addressed my concern with no pause. My mattress was picked up this morning and returned this afternoon by Gio and Austin, two of the nicest guys you will ever do business with. They were professional, informational and kind. Verlo is now selling mattresses with zippers so any guaranteed work can now be done in the house rather than taking the mattress for the day. (Yes, they are great about honoring the need for a mattress!) Customer service and warranties like this is too rare now, and with quality products Verlo Mattress will always have my business.

Small mattress store in Delafield with great customer service. Tom, the store owner, helped us pick out a new mattress, adjustable bed frame, mattress cover and cooling pillow. Really knowledgeable about the products and answered all questions. Earliest delivery was 6 days out which is great! Overall 5 star experience

Our V7 eurotop mattress has been comfortable since day 1--Steve listened to our comments and needs and pointed us to the perfect product!

I have been a Verlo customer for years. We like to do business with Wisconsin companies. We made our most recent purchase at the Delafield store. We met Steve and he very quickly analyzed sleep habits and physical issues and made two recommendations for us. We discussed the materials used in the manufacture of Verlos products and how that affects the mattress performance. He made the process very easy for us and we will continue to buy Verlo from Steve.
