Ramos Furniture

Furniture shopping can be stressful. Your purchase is going to have a lasting effect on you for the next 5 years plus! The experience here at Ramos always is so welcoming and helpful! The vibe I get here is like family! The selection is great, prices are good and the staff are super helpful! There is a reason that I have been a repeat customer for more than 10 years !

I had a very frustrating experience with this store. I was given one explanation at the time of purchase, but when I returned to the store to make a return, the story completely changed. Policies and details that were never mentioned before suddenly became an issue, which felt misleading and unfair. Had I been given accurate information upfront, I would have made a different decision. Instead, I wasted time and effort because the expectations set at purchase did not match what I was told later. Transparency and consistency are extremely important when making large purchases like furniture, and unfortunately this store fell short. So much for giving a loved one a special gift at Christmas!

This is totally a scam. I just bought a bed and I paid $2200, it’s been less than 4 months and it’s already broken. I specifically told them that I wanted a good quality bed frame and mattress. I paid for the installation because I know that I’m not a professional and all they did is ruin the wood. This is the worse experience ever!

Today I received 3 tables so beautiful and very good costumer service the guy who brought the tables very helpful and kind I highly recommend Ramos furniture

We went on Mother's Day which was yesterday and was greeted with a rose as a sweet gesture. Although we did not purchase anything, we would definitely be coming back to purchase. Service is great and amazing furniture 😊
