Mancini's Sleepworld Sunnyvale

Richard was incredibly kind and helped us to compare several products. He clearly explained the differences between them, and we are really happy with our purchase! Highly recommend anyone who wants to purchase mattresses, pillows and foundations!

We had a great experience with Mancini's. We waited about two months (due to remodeling) until we realized that the 15.5 inch mattress we originally purchased was just too big for us. We called Scott, explained our situation and were able to exchange the large mattress for a smaller one very easily. Scott was super easy to deal with and we love our new mattress and mattress adjuster. Thanks so much for the great service, understanding and outstanding product.

Scott helped us find our dream mattress. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. He gave us a lot of time to try out different mattresses and gave a few recommendations based on our inputs. We are super happy with our purchase. Thank you!

The salespeople are not polite and make you feel like they are doing you a favor by even answering. I didn't like the atmosphere at all, and I really regret buying a mattress from them. In the past, I bought all my mattresses from Mancini and I don't remember ever having such an unpleasant experience. I will not buy from them again.

Scott the manager in Santa Clara ,CA was professional , knows the products well and listens to customer’s preference. Scott has Great customer skills . We bought 5 sets of mattresses, including frames and headboards. Price is reasonable .
