Sleep Number

The sales rep, Tim, was extremely helpful. I was a little on the fence until I was shown all of the features -- and there are many. Easy process, great financing options, excellent service and showroom.

My order was completely a fraud. The base never worked and the mattress fall into the base on one side (looks like a hole on the mattress) from day 1. I spent hours talking to the technical support doing all the things that I already tried on the app of course not working. The first available appointment was like 3 weeks away. I need a bed to sleep, there's no way I can sleep on this one so I got another mattress from a different store. I spent again many hours talking to two different so called supervisors trying to return the whole thing. They only let me return the mattress not the base. The base never worked and they say it's a final sale?? For the price they charge, absolutely not acceptable. The delivery person was also not professional, they never run the mattress to make sure it works before they left. I'm going to report this transaction as fraud and post this everywhere. Avoid this company.

I'm a bit confused with some of these bad reviews. I know this is an imperfect world and not ALL people with perform 100% ALL the time. My experience was great! My wife first went in to try pillows and she was greeted and welcomed and was assisted by the store manager, Mario. He recommended a pillow which she bought and loves. She wanted us to go back and try their beds which we did so a couple months later. We had a great experience again with Mario and we purchased a SN bed. We absolutely love it. He explained everything to us thoroughly. 100 night trial and Final Sale on the adjustable base. In an imperfect world, I'm sure they don't get everything right 100%. I would recommend anyone reading these reviews to give them a try. Hope this helps. ☺️

Thia was amazing!!! She is truly an advocate for her clients. She went to bat for me & even went above & beyond to make sure I was taken care of. My husband is having shoulder surgery in March & she did everything possible to make sure I’ll have the bed delivered prior to his surgery! What an angel!!!

Imagine a store of at least four sales reps completely ignoring you as you're shopping for a mattress. Then the first interaction you receive is when you're trying to operate a very open kiosk, being told it's for employees only. Not then being told anything about the mattress, only passive aggressive comments of how dare you browse the mattresses without the aid of the very rude employees that couldn't be bothered five minutes prior. I went across the hall to Purple where I ended up buying a mattress, and multiple accessories. It was very clear that the rude sales rep took a look at me, and deemed me unlikely to purchase a mattress due to her personal biases. I cannot speak to the quality of Sleep Number mattresses as no one was willing to inform me about them. The only thing I know is the customer service was abysmal, and I am unlikely to consider Sleep Number in the future.
