My family and I visited Raymour & Flannigan's to purchase a mattress as ours was at the end of its life. Benny helped us the whole way, was very professional and courteous, and didn't attempt to pressure us into buying more or "upgrading" something we don't need. He was also fantastic (and patient 😅) with my young kids while we shopped and tested beds. I was also able to meet the manager who came to help us figure out and order issue. He was was just as courteous, and was able to resolve the issue quickly. We opted for a financing plan that had no interest and flexible payment plans too, if that's something that's needed. All in all, I would really recommend purchasing furniture here!

Danny was amazing, patient and kind! Made the buying process stress free. I went to another furniture store today and fell In love with quite a few pieces but ultimately came back the same day due to quality and customer service from Danny!

Danny and Donna made this a wonderful experiance; they deserve a raise! Came in curious about a new matress trying to figure out what is best for me cause mine had a horrible divit after purchasing mine off Amazon. Not only did they set me up with a low cost flexible payment plan with no interest; but they showed me great options to help with my acid reflux, over heating, and back problems. As an added bonus they gave me a flexible base board FOR FREE with the matress purchase so I can lift the head and sit if I want to play games or watch tv in my room on my down time.

From the very beginning, she went above and beyond, following up on my first order when the company couldn’t locate it and taking the initiative to track everything down herself. Her dedication and persistence ensured that my purchase was successful without any added stress on my end. She didn’t stop there... Ana truly took the time to understand my needs and made sure I received the best possible pricing and service. Her level of care, professionalism, and attention to detail is rare, and it made the entire experience seamless and enjoyable. I can’t recommend her highly enough!!!!
