Raymour & Flanigan Furniture and Mattress Outlet

I had the best experience with Raymour and Flanigan's Linette Erickson at the Elm St. West Springfield Outlet. She greeted me with a warm smile and I felt completely taken care of from beginning to end. She listened to what I wanted, gave great advice on colors and materials all ending in my being thoroughly happy with my purchase. Linette is genuinely dedicated to making sure you get exactly what you want. You can trust her 100% with your purchase. She will go the extra mile for you and I highly recommend her and Raymour and Flanigan for your furniture needs. Thank you Linette.

Sandra was a wonderful salesperson. She listened to my needs and then showed me possiblilites. She wrote everything down so that I could review my choices. My delivery went great too. The two men were very efficient and setup of my new furniture went quickly. The two also helped the young college students I had hired who were bringing a large bureau up the stairway. The two R & F employees helped them negiotiate the turn on the stairs and were very supportive of the efforts made by the young men. It was kind of the R & F employees to offer their expertise. My experience with your staff from Sandra to the delivery guys has been very positive.

This was a wonderful shopping experience! The store is clean and inviting. Linette was so nice and listened to what we needed - not pushy at all. Treated us like friends and not a “potential sale.” Thank you Linette! And best of all our couch is coming in a week - and could have been sooner.

Excellent customer service at the outlet in West Springfield. Andy was very helpful, easy to work with, and not pushy whatsoever! We are expecting our furniture in a few weeks. He gave us his contact information in case we had any questions or concerns. Very enjoyable experience.

We had an excellent experience with Vanna helping us pick out a new mattress. I could tell immediately that she is a knowledgeable and professional saleswoman and she was very patient and helpful when it came to picking out the perfect mattress. She does a great job explaining everything and even followed up with a phone call after the mattress was delivered.
