I had the pleasure of being hosted at Raymour & Flanigan – Bay Plaza this past weekend for a wellness activation, and I can’t say enough about the professionalism and warmth of the entire team. From management to the sales associates, everyone was welcoming, collaborative, and genuinely invested in creating a positive customer experience. The salesman ordered the wrong color sofa. I wanted the light gray color shown in the floor sample of the chair. I emailed him right away with the photos on delivery date 2/15/26 and called the store. I emailed on 2/19 I would accept a small store credit for compensation instead of reordering the correct color. I called again on 2/21. I am changing to a four-star review after the store called to listen to the problem. THEY ISSUED A STORE CREDIT TODAY! Satisfied this customer. I look forward to going back to buy more furniture. I really liked that they delivery furniture in three days.

Jerome is great and very knowledgeable about the products sold here. Very personable and went out of his way to help me get the right mattress for my health condition. Check out staff from the floor manager to the check out staff went out of their way to make sure I was happy with my purchase. 5 star service all the way through.
