This review is more for the delivery vs the store itself. Went in multiple times and finally decided on a couch. Sales people were super friendly and helpful. Pay for the white glove delivery as it’s a large sectional and didn’t want to mess with putting it together. Delivery was on time and the guys were friendly. They got everything together and left in about 25 minutes, the couch was a little crooked so I went to move it and every section only had 1 pin locked in instead of 2 so each section was not secure or tight up to the next. I had to disassemble the entire sectional and reassemble it correctly. What’s the point in paying for “white glove delivery” if I still have to do it myself?

Several months ago I called this location and had the pleasure of speaking with Bruce. He went above and beyond what's considered normal customer service nowadays (I was calling from out of state so he sent pictures, offered to take measurements, etc.). I explained that I wasn't making a purchase that day but would be in the near future. He never exhibited high pressure sales and simply offered to assist our search in any way possible. Several months later we made a purchase and again, he was extremely helpful. Bruce is a true asset to Raymour & Flanigan. Thank you!

Bill is awesome -- he knows the products you have and what may be best for each customer. Getting the right product to the client is part of his entire sell..... very easy to work with! We will certainly come back to him for any other needs where R&F can assist

I like this Victor store, spent $$, love the sales agents, happy with the prices we can negotiate, and really nice furniture. BUT, you know there's going to be a but...delivery schedule window turns out to be a "maybe" . Delivery men are terrific, helpful, polite, but there's always a Delivery issue. Love R&F and will keep going back & recommending.

From the moment I walked in, the sales team was incredibly welcoming. Ken was the representative who helped me, and he was absolutely amazing. He knew exactly where everything was and was extremely helpful throughout the process. The purchase itself was quick, smooth, and easy.
