I had a tough time finding a new couch for my living room until I came to Raymour & Flanagan.I was fortunate to meet Brunilda. She helped me find the best couch. They had a lot of options and she patiently went through all the different features of the 3 couches I liked the most. She was so knowledgeable- she found the perfect couch for me. I truly had an amazing experience! Can’t wait to get my couch. Thank you Brunilda and Raymour & Flanagan. !!!

We had a great experience here. We came in and out multiple times while figuring our what we wanted, and were always met with patience and zero pressure from Briana Kelly. We never once felt rushed or pushed to make a decision. Briana was informative, accommodating, and genuinely helpful. All of our questions were answered, and the whole process felt easy and stree-free. We really appreciated the level of customer serice and would definatly recommed this store and Briana to others.

Another great transaction with the amazing staff at the Middletown Raymour . They never disappoint . Professional, courteous , kind and always helpful. I've bought so many rooms of furniture from them and each time they are more and more helpful. All Management and staff are great but Brunlinda and Ed are amazing !!! They really go above and behind ! If you need anything be sure to mention Ed's name you will be happy .

I had a great experience at Raymour & Flanigan! I love my new couch and dinette table. Everything is perfect. Mike was fantastic to work with: knowledgeable, friendly, and made the whole process easy. Delivery was smooth and professional as well. Highly recommend, and definitely ask for Mike, he’s the best!

I purchased a very expensive Tempur-pedic mattress with a ten year warranty. After a couple of years mattress is extremely uncomfortable and lumpy. At first Raymour and Flanigan set up an appointment for me to come into the store and reselect a different mattress. When I arrived for my appointment I was then told NO that a service call has to happen first. After many failed attempts of not receiving a link needed so that service can be scheduled I finally received the text and set up the appointment. After service was completed person stated mattress was lumpy and uneven and was stating that in the notes. I then received a call from service department supervisor saying the lumps in the mattress have to be more than what my mattress has. Rude phone call is an understatement and it is quite obvious warranty is not being honored. Stay away from Tempur-pedic and Raymour and Flanigan. I would give zero stars if Google allowed.
