GREAT EXPERIENCE!! Howard McGill is the man. A Air Force Veteran. Very knowledgeable about all products sold at Ashley’s. If you have a question. He can answer it. He’s there for you and not his own personal gain. We went through many options and found the perfect fit for me. I have a terrible back with many issues. I cannot wait till I receive my brand new Sealy Mattress that comes with a 10yr warranty and free delivery. Definitely bang for your buck. I will be returning in the near future to purchase more furniture form Howard (Ashley’s). I highly recommend that you come see Howard here at the Ashley’s in Middletown N.Y. Best experience I’ve ever had. Howard McGill is the go to man to deal with. Not only did he answer all our questions, but went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with everything I got. 100% will be using him for future purchases and very knowledgeable on everything. He even showed us demos on how he remove stains and was honest about everything.

Our visit to the Middletown NY store was a very pleasant one. We purchased 2 living room sets. Our saleswoman Suzanne was amazing! She was very helpful, accommodating, she gave us space and didn’t hover (which is a pet peeve of mine.) She is a pleasant, honest, friendly person to deal with and we never felt pressured. She went above and beyond to get us what we wanted and had everything we needed. Our delivery team Jose and his partner (I missed his name) were fantastic! Friendly, quick, clean and efficient. We are very happy with the whole experience and we look forward to our second living room set to be delivered when we are ready for it

Our experience with Ashley was phenomenal. We tried 2 different stores before we ended up in Ashley and they were able to accommodate all of our needs. April F. was our sales representative and she is absolutely amazing every step of the way. Providing resources and solutions as well as a great deal for our furniture needs.

I have always shopped Ashley Funiture. The Funiture is durable and I never had a bad experience. Until now. My sales person was amazing. Howard gave me options and was easy to work with. I ordered my sectional which I loved in the store. The did not have the color I wanted advertise in the store but I was told they have it. Upon delivery they send a gray couch but my order was tan. Ashley customer service told me to do a reselect and they will come and pick up the first sectional and drop off the new selected sectional. The mistake was on the store but I was told by Ashley customer service that I have to pay another $339 for delivery on top of the other $339 I had paid the first time. The customer service lady was super nasty and because of her, Ashley will no longer get my money. I must say that Howard the sales guy in the store was amazing.
