Sleep Number

I purchased a Sleep Number Bed in April. The employees, Dylan, Alan, and Liz are excellent sales professionals with exceptional customer support ability. Dylan made my store purchase easy and his low pressure approach helped me make my choice. Alan was helpful and polite when I called with a question. Then, I had an issue with the company changing my delivery date. I was upset and called and spoke with Liz, who was responsive, understanding, and went above and beyond to make sure my bed would arrive in time. I believe that the Middletown Sleep Number sales associates are the foundation of the excellent customer service I received.

Liz was a wonderful salesperson who waa so knowledgeable about each model of SleepNumber mattress. She didn't rush us at all and guided us through the process of selecting the best model for our unique needs. She wasn't pushy at all, more like a friend helping us make the best choice. Highly recommend this team & store. Allen was also friendly on the phone and a big reason why we took the time to make the drive to select a mattress in person. Can't wait to sleep better very soon!

I had a wonderful experience here with my boyfriend! We came in just bored and I personally left wanting a mattress. We had Alan help us and it was a lovely human interaction. He just told us facts and gave us demonstrations, just a nice human interaction which genuinely made me interested in what he was selling!! Big props to Alan at the Middletown Galleria Mall location

I had an amazing experience with Liz, the sleep associate! Super knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and did not pressure into any forced sales. It all came naturally. More stores need associates like Liz (Elizabeth) under a great store manager (Dylan). If you come in, talk to Liz! Will recommend future customers to her at her location.
