It took me 6 months to find the perfect sofa and chair. I did finally select the Tifton collection and I'm in love. Thank you to my wonderful sales gal Laura at the Poughkeepsie store for making the process non stressful, including financing. She was patient, knowledge about the products, answered all my questions and graciously listened to my stories. After a snow delay and some IT issues, the sofa, big chair & ottoman were ordered. I had to push the delivery out a week for personal reasons and that request was easily managed. When finished, Laura sent me on my way with some homemade cookies. During delivery I was astonished watching one man carry this large sofa on his shoulder. All went well and I am thrilled with the final outcome. Thank you so very much to Laura and to R&F for making me a happy old gal!

Store is clean and laid out well. Associates are all very nice and not pushy at all, just appropriately helpful. We worked with Jackie who was so sweet and knowledgeable and you could tell honest. When I ran back in for one more thing and Jackie was with other customers another sales associate helped me versus making me wait which is what you would expect from a good store.

Jacqui was fantastic in helping my partner and me find the right couch. We both have back issues, and she knew exactly how to guide us without ever being pushy or overly sales-focused.
