Raymour & Flanigan Furniture and Mattress Store

Very welcoming, was acknowledged and talked to by multiple employees. Store was larger than I imagined with lots of selection. We went in to deal specifically with TJ and he took amazing care of us! He was professional, extremely patient (when weighing out all of our selections), moved items from one area to the other so we could in person visualize what we were trying to do and also showed us on the monitor electronically what we were putting together, and helped us submit our order, payment, all of it! Great experience in the store shopping. Looking forward to seeing how the wait time, delivery, and in person experience is when our couch is ready.

Charles was 100% amazing. I went in just looking and found the perfect 1st couch. From the moment we walked in, he didn’t pressure me into buying and was great at answering any questions I had. Would 100% recommend for anyone looking for furniture!

The sales consultant (Stephen Perez) did an excellent job. Upon our arrival, he welcomed us to the store and answered a couple of quick questions without exerting any "pressure" on us. When we had some additional questions he escorted us around the store to view the specific items that we were interested in and ultimately made the sale - overall it was a very pleasant experience for us.

I had a great experience purchasing my new mattress at the Niskayuna Raymour and Flanigan Store. Charles our sales specialist was wonderful. Very knowledgable and answered all the questions I had. Once I had found the mattress i wanted Charlie took care of making sure that I had the information for purchasing the Mattress protection plan. Everything is taken care of by Charlie and I am having the mattress delivered tomorrow. I cant say enough about the ease of the sales process and how much Charlie made everything so easy to make this important, expensive purchase. Raymour and Flanigan are fortunate to have Charles Manzella as a sales specialist. I highly recommend purchasing your next piece of furniture at this location.

Great experience at the Niskayuna showroom with amazing Memorial Day sales. All staff were extremely friendly, and TJ, the store manager, was beyond helpful and patient as we looked around and he presented various options for us to consider. Ultimately, with his help, we decided to purchase, and he made the entire process soooooo easy and seamless. Would highly highly recommend this location and TJ in particular!!!
