We are established customers and have purchased many furniture pieces from the company over the years. However, this time, the entire experience was absolutely exceptional. From the moment we walked into the store, the sales associate, Denis Muganza, greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel welcome immediately. We knew right away that we were in good hands. Initially, my husband and I visited the store to purchase two bedroom sets that we had selected during a previous visit. During our conversation, we mentioned to Mr. Muganza that we were also considering purchasing a mattress. He was extremely patient, answered all of our questions thoroughly, and demonstrated extensive knowledge of every mattress we tried. He took the time to explain the features and benefits of each product in detail, making the process both informative and enjoyable. His professionalism, sense of humor, and patience truly stood out. Because of this outstanding experience, we will definitely continue our loyalty as customers of Raymour & Flanigan.

Our most recent experience was truly exceptional thanks to TJ and Drew, the store managers, who went above and beyond to make sure we felt confident and supported throughout our purchase. This time, we were buying a Tempur-Pedic adjustable bed—an entirely new sleeping experience for us and a significant investment. TJ and Drew took the time to thoroughly explain the features, benefits, and options, answered every question, and helped us understand exactly what we were purchasing and how it would work for our needs. Their patience, flexibility, knowledge, and genuine care made the process comfortable and enjoyable. TJ, in particular, was outstanding—his dedication and professionalism clearly reflect why he was promoted to manager. He steered me in the right direction and then left me alone to explore. He was knowledgeable and professional. It exceeded any of my online mattress purchasing adventures. Thank you!
View on GoogleStill can’t even get a call back regarding my defective chair! All calls go to a message center. Absolutely the worst customer service! Edit…I did finally get a call from the store manager. He was very apologetic and advised he would have the chair replaced at no charge and it was delivered a few days later. He also sent me a gift card. While I am very appreciative for his assistance I only changed my review to three stars because it should not be necessary to contact management to resolve an issue
