I came to store within an hour of closing. Maria helped me find what I was looking for. I liked how she showed me a few things then gave me space to look. Then she rejoined me and helped me figure things out. I really appreciated Maria showing me customer reviews on a piece that I was considering getting. She was very helpful, friendly and not pushy. Everyone stayed the few extra minutes after closing to help me place my order too!!

We stopped in at Raymour & Flanigan in Clifton Park to shop for new mattress. Sharmila Durant meant us and proceeded to show us the selection that we were requesting as far as firmness etc. She was very helpful and we never felt pressured to purchase something that we didn't want. The service was great and She even was able accommodate the deliver for the day we chose! We would like to Thank Her for Her assistance.

I had a piece of furniture break and called them to see if my warranty protection covered it. They said it did but my couch was no longer in production so they gave me a credit for the entire price of my couch and told me to come in and pick out a new one. Very easy.

In store service was very attentive and l owlegeable. After giving a down payment in store, the remaining payment and added delivery charge were somewhat fragmented, so I had to go online twice to pay and also call to arrange delivery. This could have been more seemless to make things easier on the customer.
