Had an amazing experience at bobs. Sherri-Lynn and Donna were amazing at explaining the specs of the couch i was interested in and very accommodating at helping with any concerns i had. The manager milton came up to me and was very sweet and asked if i was also interested in any mattresses. I ended up buying an amazing couch that is perfect for my room, Will definitely be going back for a mattress and more furniture! Thanks so much:)

Had a good experience at Bob's, welcomed 1st thing walking in the door. The salesperson was kind and professional, and told me to let her know if I need any help, (which I prefer over trying to sell me something right away.) Told her what I'm looking for, she showed me a few items, found the one I want, and bought it and out of the store within 45 mins.

Beautiful store. The set up is done nice nothing is cluttered. The staff is exceptional. No pressure that’s the beauty of it, when ready to ask question they are ready willing and able. Bobs has a huge selection to pick from nicer than what’s online, FYI you need to go to the store you won’t be disappointed. Shopped at Bob’s before and came back again. I am a very happy customer. 😊😊

I have not received my furniture yet.Because I just order it.However, the salesperson and manager both assisted me.And I would love to say that they were excellent. Not only helpful and polite but offered the child with me.Candy and ice cream. I really feel they go out of their way to make you feel relaxed and comfortable with your purchase.

Sherri, our sales associate, was very helpful- no pressure- just there when we needed help. Bought a couple of accent pieces and they were very accommodating with pick up services. Not to mention all the goodies in the back !
